Remembrance of servicemen and women lost to suicide and post traumatic stress (at the approximate rate of 20-22 per day). Spreading awareness, sharing resources, comforting the grieving families.

Dealing with Disabilities / Suffering: Joni and Friends, founded by Joni Eareckson Tada, who was paralyzed from the neck down after a diving accident when she was just 16. Joni and her extensive ministry serve families with special needs children of all ages, special needs adults, and those with disabilities.
Family Retreats are held all over the US and world.
Warrior Getaways in several locations around the country serve our military who have deployed to warzones and their families. This is a gift and there is no charge for the service member and their family to attend.
Inspiration and help for caregivers is also an important focus of Joni's ministry.
